I'd actually like my money back on this product. When I placed my order almost a month ago, I didn't realize it would take so long to get a paper towel holder. Coming "soon" isn't soon enough. This company is the hardest company EVER to get ahold of! Not to mention I didnt receive an item in my delivery and it took almost 2 weeks just to get an email telling me they'd send it!!
