Returns Policy Statement
A&I Home Décor requires customers contact us before sending an item back for return. In order to return an item you must first follow these steps:
Contact A&I Home Décor with your order number and explain the reason for the return.
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace and ship the item at our cost. Shipping costs (incurred during the initial purchase and for returns) for non-defective merchandise is non-refundable.
If an item was damaged during shipping, you must first contact UPS, inform them of the damage and then contact A&I Home Décor. A&I Home Décor will not accept damaged items if you do not contact both UPS and A&I Home Décor before you send the items back to us.
You must USE A TRACKABLE CARRIER SUCH AS FEDEX/UPS/DHL FOR RETURNS, USPS IS ACCEPTED AS LONG AS YOU ARE ABLE TO TRACK IT! A&I Home Décor reserves the right to not honor returns if they are not sent back via a trackable carrier.
All requests for refunds must take place within 10 days of the delivery date. After 10 days, no returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping an item back to A&I Home Décor. No refunds will be given back for the initial shipping costs that were inquired when the order was shipped out to you. In the case where an incorrect item is shipped to you, A&I Home Décor will ship the correct item to you along with a prepaid label to ship the incorrect item back to A&I Home Décor.
All shipping charges for non-defective merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:

Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

Merchandise must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 5-10 business days of our receipt of your return.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to the sender and the shipping cost of the return will be charged to the customer.
